Try and think of events that will appeal to your friends, and family’s interests, such as social events, sporting tournaments, or sponsored activities participation in our Freeway Bike Hike for Asthma.

We have heaps of great ideas for you to try – just click here for inspiration! Then e-mail your friends to sponsor you, explaining clearly what event you are taking part in and why you are raising money. And if you’re after a real life fundraising story to inspire you and your supporters, there’s a fantastic one contained in the Volunteer Fundraising Ideas document.

If you have your own personal reason for supporting the Asthma Foundation, share it as it will help bring your appeal to life. If you don’t, we have lots of stories and pictures that you can use, and it will be easier for people to relate to these stories about real people.
