Next week is WA Week, with a series of events designed to promote and foster pride in our beautiful state.

To launch WA Week celebrations, Government House will be open to the public between 11am and 4 pm on Sunday 17th October, 2010.

Visitors are invited to take a self guided tour of the public rooms of Government House, the Ballroom and the Gardens.

Refreshments will be on sale in the Ballroom Supper Room and in the Grounds, and entertainment will be provided throughout the day.

As well as this, from Monday 18th October to Friday 22nd October, Government House will be open between 11am and 2.30pm for the public to visit.

Representatives from the Asthma Foundation WA will be present on Sunday 17th October around the grounds at Government House so please drop by and say hello.
