The Asthma Foundation happily accepts referrals from GPs, Hospital staff and Pharmacists in the metropolitan area who may not have the time/staff-power to educate their patients/clients about asthma. Please feel free to download the referral form relevant to your area, fax through to us and one of our educators will contact your patient/client to arrange a time to discuss how we can help them better manage their asthma.
