The Asthma Foundation of WA, a Registered Training Organisation, offers training opportunities for health professionals and organisations with an interest or need in the area of asthma. A range of training options are available to help manage asthma within a variety of settings. The training package is designed according to your professional requirements and is delivered at our West Perth Training Centre or at your organisation if required.
Emergency Asthma Management (EAM)
A Nationally Accredited course providing up to date asthma management information, practical asthma first aid skills and guidance with the development of an asthma policy.

Managers, owners, senior staff or people who hold a “Duty of Care” at childcare centres, sporting clubs, recreation centres and workplaces |

Qualification |
A statement of attainment is issued upon successful completion of the on-course assessment, valid for three years |
