Adult Asthma Aquatics classes are held at Terry Tyzack Aquatic Centre every Monday during school terms between 1.30pm and 2.30pm. The cost is $6.00 and the instructor makes everyone feel welcome.
These classes cater for all fitness levels and swimming abilities, including people who want to learn how to swim. At Adult Asthma Aquatics you not only make great friends, but also learn about avenues to improve asthma management.
