The Role
Your new role as a COMMUNITY EDUCATION OFFICER will be based in the South East Metro corridor and will include the following duties;
- Responsibility for the marketing & delivery of Asthma education to community groups, schools and health professionals,
- Develop working relationships within the region to create referral pathways and better support the targets groups,
- Promote Asthma awareness throughout the region.
You
To be successful for your new role you will ideally meet the following criteria;
- Experience in community development and establishing and maintaining networks,
- High standard of communication skills, including public speaking,
- Experience within the health care sector,
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a professional team,
- Current C Class drivers licence,
- Sound computer literacy.
You will need to be a non-smoker.
